Welcome! You have two options to get started with your trial or subscription. You can either watch a short video to see how to set up your trial or subscription, or you can follow the written instructions provided below. The choice is yours, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
How to install DUPLEX Play
Since Duplex Play is not hosted on the Amazon Store, you’ll need to sideload it onto your FireStick if you want to use it. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We’ll guide you through the process of downloading the Duplex Play APK using the Downloader app.
- We will first install the Downloader app
- Click the Find > Search option on the home screen of FireStick
- Type the name of the app (which is Downloader)
- Click the Downloader option when it is displayed in the search results Choose the Downloader icon on the following screen and download and install the app
- Get back to the home screen of FireStick after installing the Downloader app
- In the menu bar, click Settings
- In the Settings, choose the option My Fire TV
- When the following set of options are displayed on the next screen, click Developer Options
- Click Install from unknown apps
- Click Downloader to change the status to ON
Developer Options Not Available
- If you are unable to locate developer options within settings, follow the instructions below to enable this to use the Downloader App.
- Hover over the Settings icon and click My Fire TV.
- Click About.
Note: Notice Developer Options is missing.
- Hover over Fire TV Stick and click the OK button on your remote 7 times to become a developer.
- Click the back button on your remote and you will notice Developer Options is now showing within My Fire TV.
Now that I’ve properly prepared my Firestick it’s time to move onto the next step.
- With this, you have configured the FireStick settings to allow the installation of Duplex Play and other third-party apps. Follow the steps below:
- You may now open the Downloader app When you run this app for the first time, a set of prompts will appear. Dismiss them until you see the following screen
- On this screen, you need to click the URL textbox on the right side (make sure Home option in the left menu is selected) where it says ‘http://’
- Go ahead and enter the following path on this window:
- https://bit.ly/Dmduplex
- Click GO, and Give it few seconds until the Duplex player App is downloaded onto your firestick device
- Click Install on the bottom right corner, and wait for it to install
- Click Open on the bottom right corner
The Step Below is Very Important
- Upon launching the Duplex IPTV player app on Firestick, you will be given a unique Device ID and Device Key. Note them down and proceed to the next step.
- Please send the Device ID and Device Key to our customer support to be able to activate your service
You can also activate it for yourself
- Go to edit.duplexplay.com from a web browser, enter your Device ID and Device Key in the following fields, then click the Manage Device option.
- Once you do it, click the Add playlist option on the following page. A new window should open up.
- Enter a name for the playlist, then paste the M3U URL that will send you via email when you order a trial or a subscription then click save
- Go to the app and click refresh or just close it and reopen it and you will see the playlist you've added then click on it and enjoy.
What to do if channels are not working ?
If channels are not working please make sure to contact our customer support to activate the integrated VPN for you
I see lot of foreigner channels can I remove them ?
To remove channels from DUPLEX play , you cannot do it yourself. Kindly reach out to us and we'll be happy to take care of it for you.
